About Project

Naviyam, launched in South Korea by Nanumvitamin, is a social-fintech platform that transforms the way donations and public welfare funds are tracked and managed with transparency. By using QR codes, vulnerable groups such as children or youth with developmental disabilities can receive meal and welfare vouchers without the need for cash or cards at hand. Donors can also track their contributions in real-time, ensuring that their contributions are making a tangible difference. The data which have been collected from the transactions help local governments and public agencies to maintain an overview and manage welfare budgets.

At the heart of Naviyam lies the concept of Donation Ops, a social infrastructure that goes beyond a payment channel. It offers dignity and accessibility to individuals, trust and transparency to the society, and a paperless transaction channel that benefits the environment, thereby transforming abstract “goodwill” into quantified data, redefining the culture of giving.

Naviyam pioneered the world’s first real-time donor–recipient matching engine, along with AI-based voucher issuance, automated impact reporting, and ESG dashboards to simplify the complex processes of donation and welfare, enabling beneficiaries to autonomously choose services and donors to verify the impact of their support in real-time.

Since its launch, the platform has connected over 21,000 vulnerable individuals with more than 50,000 real-time donations, and engaged around 60,000 partner merchants nationwide. This has created a mutual-aid network that extended beyond one-sided charity, revitalizing local economies. The project has been carried out in collaboration with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, multiple municipalities, welfare offices, and NGOs to help refining the platform’s usability and administrative feasibility.

Looking ahead, Naviyam sets sight on expanding globally by providing English content and modular structures, linking with international NGOs, corporate CSR platforms, and municipal welfare systems. By doing so, it envisions becoming the “Palantir of donations,” a data-driven system that makes the flow and impact of social capital fully transparent, serving as sustainable social-finance infrastructure.
