About Project

SkyBlox adopts a “Back to Nature” ethos, blending indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly. Vibrant communal spaces, including an open lobby, courtyard, dining area, open kitchen, laundry, and games lounge, foster a strong sense of community. The use of natural materials and prefabricated concrete in living units emphasizes sustainable and naturalistic living.

SkyBlox employs Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), environmentally friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and rainwater harvesting to reduce costs and promote sustainability. Roof and wall structures meet green rating standards, reducing heat gain and enhancing interior comfort. The walk-up housing concept and passive design strategies minimize maintenance and improve accessibility, providing affordable housing in an inclusive setting. This promotes social cohesion and economic empowerment, contributing to sustainable urban development.

SkyBlox aligns with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), enhancing resident well-being through natural lighting, ventilation, and green spaces (SDG 3). It champions affordable, clean energy (SDG 7) with its energy-efficient design and innovative PPVC construction (SDG 9). By fostering sustainable cities and communities (SDG 11) and responsible consumption (SDG 12), SkyBlox sets a benchmark for greener urban habitats, supporting climate action by mitigating urban heat and reducing emissions (SDG 13).
